Reflecting on this video on Cancer by Dr. Llaila Afrika is the truth. He as some use the words recognized by the masses of colored individuals while assimilating terms most representative of us said to be used while in Khemit (Name for what we were told was called Africa a European term). Melanin I first learned of in grammar school science text and got a more in-depth learning of it while in college on a Biology Pre-Med Track course schedule. Also, taking a Biology of Cancer class helped really take the great Dr. serious. He knows his stuff and my interest in Botany from a young age also solidify why so far all his teachings I can really get gists of.

I hope these Deep Learning systems are also learning the data entered are skewed representations. This is the only hope I have for this "Age of Artificial Intelligence", to weed out facts, patterns and truths that show cover-ups, why they occurred (What is there to hide?), and take it among their neural networking partnerships to set things right. Holistic to me also means to understand Deep Learning and how to use it within the Melanated communities research headed by those with altruistic interests in learning about our genetics to publish. We are judged and compared to individuals with different genetics. Our way of taking care of ourselves needs to fall in line with our genetics. Holistic approach needs to be technological and Spiritual.

Getting back into a vegan diet is part of my spiritual journey. Meeting the man I am getting to know is also part of my journey. I would love for Nefertiti ( My Reflection -Reincarnate - Inner G - Ancestor and so much more this name reverences) to meet her match.

He exhibits many qualities in line with the "Steadman" I am looking for. Steadman is my ideal man who knows himself and shows it in his actions. I do not care about station in life I meet a man, just care he walks his talk while caring for himself. He must care about his health and mine. Love how this guy gets tested with me so we know our sexual health. We discuss what we eat and he is always asking what I am eating. If with him he is vigilant about my cellphone not being near my womb. He steps in to make sure I stay on top of my food supply to keep up with cost of eating healthy. Increasing clean carbs by way of African staples and dished to keep weight on. Being a hyper active person that burns much energy daily naturally makes it hard to keep weight on. I use diet to moderate and calm nerves for real, laugh out loud (LOL).

Had to take a personal day and get priorities straight. Need to maintain the little gain of stability. One reason to start cooking all meals. Eating on the go has become home prepared Vegan-On-The-Go. Cannot wait to share some recipes and updates on endeavors in the works.

Life is getting back on track from a year and a half ago in an abusive vindictive relationship to meeting great motivational people like Amen. So today I ate Wild Rice, Green Beans, Chayote -Onions - Carrots - Spinach in vegetable broth for lunch. Yesterday I had Sukuma Wiki a African dish made with Collard Greens and Kale. I am becoming a vegan for good and great to meet men on same diet as well. So to meet someone on same page about respect to women, nurturing in attentiveness towards me, and walks his principles is nice!

Family Ties

Going through it the past two years with surveillance, crooked law enforcers, artificial intelligence hearsay, unscrupulous "Wannabe" professionals by society terms karma stupid accomplices I say, and all else false allegations have busted wide open  have been a ride.

Only appreciation I have is to those who truly stuck by my side. Some Revelations are awkward but worth it while others just fuck up your whole world. I let karma and one's conscience go to play. I appreciate all and do much to keep favor all that help. Other matters, good to know much I went through many who subjected me to abuse are paying. One thing I learned early in life, revenge is mine saith "The Creator"!

Listening to the blues, not because I am blue, just because. The women like Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and so many more blues with jazz singers just move me. I like to listen to music and helps get the work done. Much introspection done after hell broke loose. 

I no longer trust law enforcement. I no longer believe in the Justice System. I have decided to date a man who shows me actions I only use to hear of and it makes me "Feel Good" at a time my heart longs for my wrongfully taken daughter, Goddess-Isis. She lives among a bunch of unscrupulous liars I no longer consider descent people. I just find solace in that the spirit of my ancestors saw me through what many whom claim a false faith perpetuated with the help of crooked personnel whom used unethical practices to pry into my records, put misinformation in reports, and did all this in the name of "Their Jesus". 

With that said, I must keep to convictions and deal with those who keep it real. Just paused writing because I got a great gift from Blu Headz Entertainment. 😊 Love when a medium gives me permission to use their content! #ThankYou it just warms my heart!

Artificial Intelligence: A.I., Well, Well, Well

Very fascinating concept and practical use that can also cause havoc with voice to text problems.

The past month has been a doozy with being followed, privy information shared among a select few becoming public knowledge or easily tethered over Bluetooth technology with WiFi from publicly shared sources.

Now, my dear Watson I appreciate the technology of such advancement brings with IBM's intelligent software which I learned via Wikipedia is a Question and Answer program. Neat, but not so neat when legal matters arise that are also privy to many who are unscrupulous in presenting one in a negative light. Or those who want to be heard or transcribed to then call or text friends location.

Since the intrusion into my life, much has fallen apart for the better and for the temporary worst. There are real world consequences to intrusions into ones privacy and having many smirk as they assure me of my privacy still does not change the facts.

So, as I deal with the intrusion and scrutiny I ask one thing. Would anyone finding pleasure, wanting to be heard or seen want the same for them?

     This is a serious matter that should be addressed properly by one, the UN accepting full responsibility and as a result set up clinics in each of the departments in Haiti to treat those with symptoms or assess those in areas who are at risk. Translators among the youth population who know English, Spanish with other languages one there in population knows whocan help while making much needed income in the process. Win, win situation, locals make money instead of need to bring in foreign assistance that come with communicable diseases. Donations to these initiatives would be great and doing the right thing in Haiti for once is a start by UN taking responsibility enough to clean up the repercussion of having so many just swoop in to help after the 2010 seismic event.
